Dr. Sarah Valder

She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science at the University of Bonn in 2018, followed by a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition in 2021, also at the University of Bonn.
She completed her doctorate at the German Sports University Cologne in 2025.
