Cookie Policy
DDMC uses cookies that store your preferences and make your browsing experience better on the website.
What are cookies and how do we use them?
Cookies are small text files, which are saved on your computer, tablet or smartphone. The term ‘cookies’ is an umbrella term used to refer not only to cookies but also to web beacons and javascripts, among others. Cookies are automatically deleted from your devices. Some cookies are removed at the end of each internet session, while others may be stored on your devices for varying lengths of time.
Our use of cookies is divided into two functions:
- Analysis and improvement of the website: cookies can be used to store preferences and interests, based on visiting and browsing behaviour. Example: a record may be kept of how many people visit a particular web page. This keeps DDMC informed of which sections of its websites are most popular, allowing us to make adjustments or increase/decrease the capacity of certain sections.
Removal and rejection of cookies
Your computer’s browser settings allow you to delete cookies that have already been saved and prevent the storage of new cookies. The method used varies from browser to browser.
Disabling cookies applies only to the computer and browser on which you perform this action. If you make use of several computers and/or browsers, you may need to perform this action several times.
