Hans Roelofs

Hans Roelofs served as CEO of Refresco from March 2007 until the end of July 2025, and during his tenure drove the rapid growth of the company.

Before joining Refresco, Hans was CEO of Dumeco, a private label meat producer and processor.

He started his career at Nutreco, rising to Managing Director of the Agri Food business.

Hans is a graduate of Wageningen University, the Netherlands.
