Mario Diaz

Having joined innocent in 2015, Mario has held a variety of roles that have been pivotal role in helping the business be a force for good.

Mario is responsible for leading the agricultural strategy, which supports regenerative fruit & vegetable farming within innocent’s supply chain. Additionally, he is the Chair of the Sustainable Juice Platform and Board member of the Spanish Ethical Trade Forum.

Launched in 1999, innocent has grown from a small West London start-up, to a multi-faceted business now present in 17 markets across the world. Committed to being a force for good, innocent is B Corp certified and gives 10% of profits to good causes.

Prior to joining innocent, Mario worked across FMCG companies such as AM Fresh. He has over 15 years of experience in technical and corporate social responsibility roles.
