Dr. David Hammond

Been active in the fruit juice field for nearly 40 years. For the last 17 years with Eurofins and prior to that working at the central research centre of Cadbury Schweppes. I am the past chair of the IFU methods of analysis commission and the Code of practice expert group. I represent IFU at many Codex committees to present and represent the interests of the world fruit juice industries in these fora. I sit on the UK DEFRA’s committee for methods of analysis.
