Hiram Herver

Hiram Herver has operated in the Fruit and Vegetables industry for more than 10 years with a vast experience across multiple markets and focus in EU, he provides commercial leadership in his current role as Manager of DOLE Specialty Ingredients, DSI -Europe.

At DSI, Hiram manages IQF, Concentrates and Beverages from DOLE B2B and the division of specialty ingredients, overseeing operational teams including supply chain, customer service, finance and driving projects for innovations at DSI EU. Hiram is an effective and professional business developer with passion for creating structural changes to continue improving professionally and personally.

Prior to DOLE, Hiram has a background as Director of a family owned company in Mexico, Inverafrut, which maintained the 1^st place as exporter of Mexican limes for the 8 years that he held different executive roles, academically Hiram has University degree in International business and various specialized courses including entrepreneurship in emerging economies by Harvard university. In his personal time Hiram enjoys traveling, hiking, and eating in the company of his wife and dog.

Combined with his interest in cultures and languages, Hiram considers his hunger for knowledge and inquisitiveness the key in success for managing business.
