In her role as Business Director at AB Enzymes, Klaudija leads all activities related to Fruit and Vegetable Processing.

Klaudija began her journey in 2001, developing products and applications for the fruit juice industry. Since then, she has worked in various sectors within the food and animal feed industries, with a primary focus on enzymes, their technological advancements, and in particular their industrial implementation and use. Sustainability has been a significant driving force behind her work, motivating her to explore novel enzyme applications.

Klaudija is passionate about developing new products and contributing to a more sustainable future, including upcycling industrial side streams and optimizing the nutritional value of products. Her work has involved collaboration with global industry leaders, who are also part of this event.

AB Enzymes, with a history dating back to 1934 when it launched the first product for this industry, remains committed to its legacy of industry development and innovation. As a testament to this commitment, Klaudija continues to drive forward the company’s mission to  be the global partner for enzyme products  and deliver trusted solutions for current and future generations.”
